Blue tac is a great idea. I might suggest the sticky craft pads, as blue tac tends to end up in the carpet!
Your art in August challenge has given me an excuse to make loomband pets and stay sane this holidays! I stopped linking every post because I didn’t want you to have 31 pingbacks on one post!
You are so clever. Who would have thought buttons would look so good. Your imagination worked well in your selection of colours, shapes and sizes. I must have been fun working with your daughter.
Love it! There’s something really tactile about buttons… My daughter wants to do one now
It was really simple – we used blu tack instead of glue. I’m astounded by all of your art posts, looking forward to reading through them!

my ten year old would love to do this too!
I did this activity with my nine-year-old and she really loved it. It was so peaceful, sitting side-by-side, sifting through buttons!

It must have been – not I must have been!! Eye, hand and brain should be connected prior to writing 🙂
Hahaha! I hadn’t even noticed. We had such good fun. I had been a little stuck before thinking “Art, art – what can we do for art??”
What a clever idea. 🙂
Thank you!
